Hiking safety:
Wear non-slip sports shoes, as the mountainous areas have many steep steps.
Carry light snacks and drinking water with you (available on the mountainside for about 5 RMB/bottle).

There is a big temperature difference between day and night in Wudang Mountain, with an average temperature of 10-15°C in March, so it is recommended to bring a windproof jacket.
Rain gear is required during the rainy season (June-August), and non-slip equipment is required in winter.
